1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved.

3. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags.

4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days.
We will refund the product and cover return postage, or provide a replacement.

6. Exclusions
Custom or bespoke items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
