Shipping & Delivery Policy – Threaded Heights

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
     
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
     
  • If there is any delay in dispatch (e.g., stock check, holiday period, etc.), you will be notified by email at hello@threadedheights.com
     

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen method.
  • All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
     

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping option selected. Estimated delivery windows:

  • UK deliveries: 2–5 business days after dispatch 
  • International deliveries: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs)
     

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays outside our control.


4. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, additional customs charges, taxes, or import duties may apply.
These are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Email hello@threadedheights.com with your order number.
  • We will contact the courier and investigate the delay.

If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be offered.


6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details entered at checkout are correct.
Threaded Heights cannot reimburse orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.


7. Packaging

All shawls are packaged securely to protect them during transit.
Where possible, recycled or sustainable packaging materials are used.
